My mum wanted a new alarm system for her house as the current one was way too old. Communication was on point even with my retired mother, they were in and done on time on the day they said they would. They were friendly, thorough and explained everything clearly.

I didn't post a review at the time but when I heard they did a check-up visit to make sure the equipment was in good condition. My mum couldn't praise them enough, chatting and made sure she know what they were doing. You have to appreciate after sale care like that.

So 5 Stars earned... And I know who I'm going with when I finally get my own house.

Used clear sound security for a one off call out and was extremely happy with the service by both the engineer and admin staff- everyone was very friendly / professional, and they were able to attend on the same day.
I will most definatley be using this company again and highly reccomend
